WORK PERMITS

Students are allowed to work under certain conditions (PA 90-Youth Employment Standards Act of 1978). Permits may be obtained from Mr. Taylor. Also, the Michigan Department Education Career, Curriculum and Technical Education Services at P.O.Box 30008 Lansing, MI 48909-7508.

Permits may be revoked by the school for poor school attendence resulting in a level of school work lower than that prior to beginning employment. Please report any employer violations of the Youth Employment Standards to Dave Taylor or the State of Michigan.
